At Called to B, our vision is to empower individuals with the tools and support they need to live out the calling for their lives. Rooted in faith, we aim to build a supportive community where every person boldlyembraces their unique gifts, pursues their passions, and leaves a lasting mark.
Growing up, my family was always on the move. If we weren’t playing outside, we were on a court or in a gym somewhere. I followed in my older sister’s footsteps, diving into gymnastics from age 4 to 13, while also playing basketball and eventually golf at the collegiate level. My life revolved around faith, family, sports, and friends. But everything changed one day when I sustained a brain injury playing basketball. Forced to step away from sports, I found myself lost and searching for a new direction.
During this challenging time, a friend gave me a book that led me to give my life to Jesus. Although I had grown up in church, I hadn’t truly understood what it meant to have a relationship with Christ. From that moment on, I surrendered my plans to God, and He brought beauty from ashes.
Once I was cleared by the doctors and back to playing collegiate golf, a family friend introduced me to CrossFit. I was instantly hooked, eager to test my limits and see how far I could push myself. Training in CrossFit alongside my college golf, I ended up qualifying for the CrossFit Games on a team for two consecutive years. The hard work and dedication were just part of the journey.
Another injury struck, leading me to surrender my plans once again to God’s greater purpose. The following year, I aimed to qualify for the CrossFit Games as an individual—a seemingly impossible goal. But I felt called to pursue it, so I put in the work and trusted God with the outcome. Despite not being the strongest or most talented, I believed that if God was calling me into this arena, there was a purpose.
He performed miracles with my story. For the past three years, I have competed as an individual at the CrossFit Games. Along the way, I have been surrounded by people who held me accountable to my faith and goals, pushing me to reach my full potential. Their support has been a true blessing.
Telling my story is telling of God’s goodness. Stepping into my calling felt terrifying and impossible, but I wasn’t alone. I was surrounded by a community that kept my focus on what truly mattered. My story shows that even if stepping into your calling seems scary and lonely, there is purpose in it. It demonstrates that God can turn any circumstance into something good.
With the experiences I’ve been blessed with, I felt called to share my journey and start a community that helps others step into their calling with confidence. We all have unique gifts to share with the world. At Called to B, our focus is on supporting one another and building the confidence to pursue our callings. The world needs your unique light. Memberships are $28.99 a month! Many Called to B activities and meet ups are free! However, to gain access to the weekly workouts and Community insights, an active membership is required.

No problem! All of the workouts will be live for the entire week so you can make up any workout that you may have missed out on!
From ANYWHERE! That is the beauty of the Called to B workouts! All you need is yourself, a little space, possibly a moderate dumbbell or two, a jump rope and that is it. There are also modifications if you do NOT have these items.
No! We do recommend consulting with your physician before beginning any new workout program. These workouts are programmed for ALL fitness levels. You can set your own pace and there are modifications for every level. We are here to get better TOGETHER- no matter your age, fitness level or where you are at in life! You can complete these workouts in the gym, from the comfort of your home, or take them on the road with you. No matter where you are in life, we have your back and are cheering you on every step of the way!
Yes! You do not have to wait for a new week, month or year to join! You can get your healthier lifestyle started at any time!
You can cancel your membership at any time. Once the cancellation is received, you will still have access to your membership for the remainder of the billing period.
